Five of the eight Leader Essentials can be executed by making a group schedule.

1. Promote Participation.  Think of little league baseball…all the kids play and play the different positions. That’s how they grow and love the game.

2. Cultivate Relationships. Rotate homes and see where each person lives. Learn the story behind pictures on the wall, furniture, and what’s important to them. Build in “Fun” time.

3. Serve Together.  Plan ahead for increased participation.

4. Develop Leaders. Give everyone a shot a facilitating the lesson. Take a risk on people. You will see who does well and who might be ready to lead.

5. End Well. If you are intentional about leadership development from the beginning you will end well. A schedule helps you use time more wisely, and efficiently.
